ALL Dogs attending classes, lessons, and other JODIE VEE’S activities must have a current Certificate of Health form signed by your vet stating your dog is current on vaccinations for their age, in good health, and free of parasites including, but not limited to Roundworms, Hookworms, Tapeworms, Whipworms, Giardia, and Coccidia.
